Business Owners and Marketers Are Encouraged To Reveal Their Best Marketing Effort of 2010

Facebook contest ends on December 15th

We are excited about this Facebook contest because it allows us to recognize small businesses for their hard work and also get them refreshed and ready for next year.

Omaha’s leading data company, Cole Information, today announced it has opened submissions for its 2010 Fly Away Marketing Contest. The contest offers entrants a chance to win a vacation package that includes an $800 Southwest Airlines voucher and a $600 Marriott Hotel voucher. Contestants need only to describe their best marketing effort of the past year and invite their friends on Facebook to vote their entry to the top.

Earlier this year, George Webb became the winner of Cole Information’s first iPad Giveaway on Facebook. He was randomly chosen from all Facebook entries that answered the question “How has Cole Information impacted your business?”

"With the economy creating such uncertainty this past year, small business has had to work harder than ever to weather the storm,” said Bryce Curry, marketing manager for Cole Information. “We are excited about this Facebook contest because it allows us to recognize small businesses for their hard work and also get them refreshed and ready for next year."

To enter the 2010 Fly Away Marketing Contest, contestants should visit Cole Information’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/coleinformation, click the like button and enter their best marketing effort for the past year. Anyone with a Facebook account can vote and the entry that receives the most votes will win the package. Entries must be received by December 15, 2010, at 11:59 pm (PST).
