Yearbook Avenue® named winner in the Education Standard of Excellence category

Jostens has been named a 2010 WebAward winner by the Web Marketing Association in its 14th annual WebAward Competition for Web site development. Jostens’ Yearbook Avenue® was chosen from more than 2,000 sites from 45 countries as the winner of the Education Standard of Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development. Yearbook Avenue was judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology.

As an innovator in designing software to support the creation of yearbook pages online prior to printing, Yearbook Avenue has significantly changed the way school yearbook programs are created and managed. Competition format
The competition was judged by a team of independent Internet professionals representing a variety of relevant disciplines of Web site development. Judges included members of the media, advertising executives, site designers, creative directors, corporate marketing executives, content providers and webmasters.
