A cross-functional group comprised of 10 leaders from throughout Televerde has earned SiriusDecisions’ “Foundations for Best Practices in Demand Creation” certification. The leaders oversee the company’s Marketing, Sales, Data Services, Reporting, Operations, and Organizational Development functions. The insight they acquired from the certification program is being cascaded throughout all of Televerde’s business units, competency centers and teams of more than 250 market specialists who are directly involved in assisting the company’s clients with their go-to-market plans and demand creation programs.

The Foundations certification provides Televerde’s staff with a comprehensive understanding of the six foundational concepts required for any marketer or sales professional who impacts demand creation. The Foundations course includes core concepts from SiriusDecisions including: Demand Type, Relative Targeting, Lead Taxonomy, Buying Cycle, Portfolio Marketing, and Demand Waterfall.
