Polaris Marketing Research Inc. announced today that it has substantially redesigned its popular website with two objectives in mind. First, the website clearly defines PMR services and prominently presents related savings offers and bonus opportunities to prospective clients. Second, the website provides useful information and resources to the marketing research community in general.

Polaris Marketing Research Inc. announced today that it has substantially redesigned its popular website with two objectives in mind.

“We wanted to clearly define our services and prominently present related savings offers and bonus opportunities to prospective clients,” said Jan Carlson, president of the Atlanta-based Polaris. “Too often I’ve been frustrated visiting websites and between business-speak, generalizations, jargon or buzz words, I came away with no sense of what they were offering. When someone lands on one of our website pages based on a search term, it will be clearly related and immediately understandable.”

Carlson went on to say, “We want the same presentation rules to apply to our website’s second objective -- providing useful information and resources to the marketing research community in general. We have loaded our site with links to helpful white papers on a wide variety of marketing research related topics. We also provide easy to use statistical calculators for measuring tests of significant differences and determining appropriate survey sample sizes that have been very popular with marketing researchers visiting our site over the years.”

The new Polaris website’s premier coincides with the recent introduction of the company’s second blog -- The Polaris Point-of-View -- along with other strategies to increase the company’s presence in social media.

Debra Semans, Senior Vice President, has led the company’s social media marketing efforts, including increasing its presence on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as actively participating in a number of social media groups.
