Plan Express/iSqFt Announce Print Partnership with USGN
iSqFt, parent company for Plan Express, announced today that is has forged a relationship with USGN, a leading collaborative project management software-as-a-service provider based in Phoenix. The agreement makes Plan Express the preferred printer for USGN’s customers.
Plan Express, an iSqFt company, is based in Memphis, Tennessee with print fulfillment centers in Memphis, Chicago; New York City; Philadelphia; Boston; Dallas; Phoenix; and San Mateo, California.
Dawn Weir, Director of Customer Operations for printer and plan room provider Plan Express, explains that the relationship was a natural. “USGN offers their customers access to documentation for any job posted with them, and there is often a need for printed plans, specs, and addenda. We’re happy to have been chosen to provide that service to their customers.”
When asked about the newly-formed relationship, USGN’s Vice President of Operations, Betty Maisel, explains that her company has used Plan Express for years. “But there was never a formalized plan in place.” So why now? “Because we wanted to be able to offer our customers a trusted and reliable printing service. It’s important to us that our customers can count on getting hard copy construction documents that are accurate, easy to read, and clearly labeled.”
When asked why she feels they were chosen to be the recommended printer for USGN, Weir is quick to point out the things she feels elevate Plan Express above the competition. “First, we employ a quality assurance process that detects and corrects issues such as corrupt files or missing sheets. Second, we add indexing to all images, so they’re easy to find, which saves our customers time.” The final advantage, Weir explains, is that orders placed as late as eight o’clock at night can be received as early as the next morning. “We really do pride ourselves on offering better products with superior service. It’s what we do.”
“The bottom line,” says USGN’s Maisel, “is that our customers will benefit from a business relationship that will provide fast, reliable service for years.” It’s the very definition of a win-win scenario.
