“We are extremely pleased with the services we’ve received from Apptix, especially their integration with Apple products,” said Simon Tucker, managing partner of Business Foundation.

Apptix (OSE: APP), the leading provider of Hosted Unified Communication services including Microsoft Exchange email, Microsoft SharePoint, and business VoIP for organizations worldwide, announced today that Business Foundation, a consultancy that helps companies clearly define business strategy, objectives, and performance goals, has increased its internal collaboration and that of its customers through the use of Apptix Cloud-based solutions.

As a Macintosh® shop, Business Foundation uses Apptix Hosted Microsoft Exchange with ActiveSync for mobile email on iPhones and could not be happier with the results.

“We are extremely pleased with the services we’ve received from Apptix, especially their integration with Apple products,” said Simon Tucker, managing partner of Business Foundation. “I used Apptix Hosted Exchange with the first company I started, and then with Business Foundation. We recommend Apptix’s services to our customers as a cost efficient and fast-paced communications and collaboration toolset.”

As a consultancy, Business Foundation regularly manages its customers’ IT infrastructure and technology. One such company is Anaplan, a start-up focused on Cloud-based integrated business planning with a mixed environment. After experiencing technical and scheduling issues on its enterprise version of Gmail, Business Foundation switched Anaplan to Apptix Hosted Exchange.

With a goal of expanding the 12-person company to 40, this move increased Anaplan’s connectivity across mobile devices and between applications, putting the company in sync and enabling them to grow.

“Many of our clients are small businesses or start-ups, like Business Foundation and Anaplan, looking for a way to manage costs or increase functionality” said Chris Damvakaris, vice president of sales and marketing, Apptix. “Our Cloud-based services allow businesses of any size to utilize enterprise-class solutions while realizing incredible cost savings over their previous IT systems, allowing entrepreneurs to focus on growth rather than IT needs.”
