The innovator of the Year Award is the second consecutive award won by DRL this month for their recently launched website Appliance Reviews. Matthew Lawson, Web and SEO Manager and Andrew Kirkcaldy, Online Marketing Manager at DRL, collected the award at the Bazaarvoice third annual Social Commerce Awards at the BFI IMAX in London.
DRL recognised the gap in the market for an impartial white goods review website and decided to bridge the gap by creating a website which would enrich the customer’s experience.

Bazaarvoice has named Appliance Reviews “Europe’s most innovative social commerce activity of the year”, a prestigious title very few can boast. DRL is determined to hold on to its title of the UK’s largest online kitchen appliance retailer, ensuring they continue to take a few steps forward by thinking ahead and being susceptible to constant change.
