SunGard has enhanced its Ambit Enterprise Banking Suite (EBS) with a new user interface and an upgraded branch teller platform to help banks address client trust. With these enhancements, Ambit EBS now offers a broad range of integrated client services that can be delivered through multiple channels. The solution will help banks gain a 360 degree customer view, streamline business processes, enhance client focus and improve overall efficiency.
Key enhancements to the suite include:
- A new Adobe Flex-based architecture that supports browser as well as smart client deployment models. This will help banks add internally developed systems to the central desktop, creating a 360 degree view of all products and services used and offered to the client.
- A new user interface that combines client service operations, teller operations, campaign and lead management, complaints and case management in one integrated desktop suitable for a bank’s staffed channels.
- An upgraded branch teller platform that provides flexibility in teller operations by swapping between a fast track efficiency mode and a teller/seller mode. This helps sales targets to be met without impacting performance during a branch’s peak busy periods.
- An improved BPN engine that provides comprehensive support for all business process functions, workflow, business activity monitoring, imaging, simulation and reporting, helps provide a detailed view of daily operations.
