MTC has appreciated the professionalism and outstanding service provided by the Mapcom team through all aspects of planning, development and implementation

Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of Geographical Operations System (GOS) software, announced today that Mutual Telephone Company, a telephone, digital TV and Internet services provider based in Little River, Kansas, has selected M4 Solutions to map and manage its network.

The M4 Solutions software includes complete design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications such as CPR integration, dispatch management and services management. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.

“MTC was looking for a partner to digitize our facility records and streamline many manual operations. Mapcom was selected because of the expertise they bring to the table as well as the integration capabilities they have with regards to other operational systems we use,” said Jimmy Todd, President and General Manager for Mutual Telephone Company. “MTC has appreciated the professionalism and outstanding service provided by the Mapcom team through all aspects of planning, development and implementation,” Todd explained.

Mutual Telephone Company joins over 150 client locations that use M4 Solutions.
