The project was specially constructed to provide the client’s senior leadership with “One Version of the Truth,” standardize business practices, create a single efficient HR and Payroll system that eliminates the wasted time and error caused by rework, with timely analysis and reporting of HR issues and requirements.

This Go-Live is the result of a ten month effort that converted 70,000+ pieces of historical legacy data. 4 rounds of conversion tests and 800+ different scenario tests narrowed AspireHR’s margin of error to less than 1%, making the information look as if it had always been in the SAP HCM system.
