Carol Bosco has been named Senior Vice President for The Beechwood Organization and Project Executive for Country Pointe at Plainview. Carol joined Beechwood in October of 1999 as an attorney. Prior to that she was in private practice for fifteen years, served as the director of governmental research for the Town of Oyster Bay, and was in house counsel for Synergy Gas Corporation in Farmingdale, New York.

Her current duties include management of Beechwood’s legal real estate and litigation department; contract negotiation, corporate planning; liaison with the Beechwood communities’ homeowners associations and condominium boards; community outreach; and various other legal responsibilities.

Carol Bosco has a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and has been a practicing attorney for over twenty five (25) years.

Carol has an extensive background in residential real estate, real estate development and financing, condominium law, as well as in government compliance, estate practice, negligence, appellate and motion practice.

Carol is a lifelong Long Island resident and has resided in Plainview with her husband and two sons for the past twenty years, has been active in her local parent teacher associations, community groups, various charitable endeavors and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.

About the Beechwood Organization: The Beechwood Organization is one of the largest developers of residential housing in New York. Over the past three decades, Beechwood has developed over 58 communities.
