Rouse Chamberlin Homes is proud to announce the opening of its new Design Center in Exton Commons, Exton, PA. Continuing the idea of “Where Great Ideas Have Room to Grow,” it is the perfect setting for homebuyers to bring their new home to life.

Buyers enter the Design Center to a tastefully decorated entrance seating area complete with direct vent fireplace. Each gallery flows smoothly from one area to the next.

Encompassing 2,500 square feet, it boasts four complete kitchen displays with different cabinets, appliances, faucets, countertops and hardware. There is also a bath gallery with three different vanities, tops and faucets, an exterior gallery with selections of stucco, stone and siding, a flooring gallery with vinyl, hardwood, carpet and ceramic bath tile selections, as well as an area with fireplace surrounds and an HVAC option display. Throughout the Design Center, hardwood and vinyl selections have been installed for easier comparison. In all areas, the option is presented to see and touch.

Open to the public by appointment Thursdays through Saturdays, buyers will meet with the Design Center Manager, Danielle Wood. Danielle emphasizes the importance of displaying what is available instead of relying on the buyer to visualize. She is excited about the new location and features. “Buyers will now get a lot more bang for the option pricing,” Danielle says. “There are more choices, more selections, more finishes, and more colors!”

“We have received such positive feedback from our buyers on how actually seeing full scale kitchens, baths, and exterior options helps them in their selection process and to coordinate their entire home,” notes Danielle.

It is also very important to stay in close contact with manufacturers and suppliers to be aware of the most up-to-date products and trends, while keeping in mind specific buyer’s needs and budgets. Close relationships with manufacturers also allows timely communication of any changing needs in order to keep building deadlines and satisfied buyers.

Rouse Chamberlin currently works with manufactures such as Aristokraft, Kraftmaid, Moen, CertainTeed, GE, Trane, Simonton, and many other quality products. A complete list of manufactures can be found on the company’s website at http://www.RouseChamberlinHomes.com/build_partners.asp.
