Launch of Unique Marketing System to Women is a Highlight for Realtors

The Wildflower Group Marketing System addresses topics that touch so many people-divorce, and widowhood. A Harvard study of the Joint Center for Housing reported the number of households led by single women increased by 10 million from 1980 to 2000.

Joan Rogliano, a veteran Realtor of 25 years, launched her Wildflower Group (TM) Marketing System at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors in October. This introduction was the first step in creating an exclusive national network of Wildflower Marketing System users.

"We are looking for a select number of professionals working to address the needs of the niche market of women in the transitions of divorce and widowhood," said Rogliano. "The Wildflower Kit will only be available to professionals who are working with these women as their advocates. We are interested in founding members who believe their client and customers' needs come first."

The Wildflower Kit is a step by step system that generates qualified leads for any business professional. The kit provides a fresh marketing approach which includes hosting focus groups, classes, presentations, workbooks, events and newsletters. This effective marketing system enables the user to create a referral network team to assist women going through these transitions, while providing a new community of support.

A rapidly growing demographic, the 2009 Harvard study of the Joint Center for Housing reported the number of households led by a single woman increased by 10 million from 1980 to 2000. This, coupled with the fact that women are the fastest growing segment of the real estate industry, make this an attractive approach to growing a real estate practice.

On average women, experiencing a divorce take a drastic reduction in their financial situation, while traditionally assuming the role of primary care giver for the children. "These women are in survival mode and need the tools and information to help them make informed decisions for themselves and their children," said Rogliano.

The Wildflower Group Marketing System consistently generates leads while also providing a ready made way for professionals to keep in touch with their current clients and reach out to prospective clients.
