Award-winning artist Liz Kitchens releases yoga-inspired Christmas gifts and cards

Sculptor, Artist and Founder of IdeaLizms, Liz Kitchens has released her Om for the Holidays series inspired by Yoga Santa - http://www.idealizms.com/products_omfortheholidays.htm .

Go ahead and Eat, Pray, Love your way through the holidays. But rather than going half way around the world to do so, let's try staying "Om …for the holidays".

Yogi Santa reminds us to kick back and breathe through the frenzy of the holiday festivities. As the holiday season approaches, it's déjà vu all over again as we face the prospect of endless shopping trips for perfect presents and food for feasts. We often spend money we don't have in pursuit of an ideal nestled into our memories leftover from Christmases past.

Attention Yogis and Yoginis! Let this witty symbol serve as a visual mantra reminding you to transcend the stress and schedules and re-discover the playful side of this colorful holiday. This creative rendering of " Om …for the holidays" is available on mugs, Yogi Xmas cards, candles, ornaments, and in limited sculpture editions. Namaste.

"I'm a yoga fanatic and wanted to do this series for all the yoga lovers. "Om" for the holidays is a great reminder for all of us to take a meditative pause and reinvigorate our spirituality," said Liz Kitchens, Founder, IdeaLizms.

Liz's popular creative series of Christmas art are also available just in time for the holiday season as well.
