Endeavor Telecom is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the executive management team who will oversee Endeavor's operations and administrative organizations and will focus on the continuous improvement of company processes and efficiency across all departments.
Keith Berger joins Endeavor as its Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing the Service Provisioning, Service Delivery, Logistics, Resource Management, and Project Management teams. Bringing 15 years of operations management to the team, Keith, who is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, will work to enhance company processes to ensure the highest level of quality is provided to customers while also making certain the Endeavor operations team has the tools and training necessary to optimize efficiency.
Berger most recently served as Senior Director of Customer Quality for Research In Motion, the designer and manufacturer of Blackberry smartphones. Previously, Berger held the position of Direction of Operational Excellence for Nokia, served in an operations management role for General Electric, and acted as a management consultant for Booz & Company. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Metallurgy from the University of Connecticut as well as an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Chris Lewis has joined Endeavor as Vice President of Finance. In this role, Chris will manage Endeavor's Operations Accounting team to ensure the company is profitably maintaining customer operations, effectively managing working capital, and ensuring staff, field engineers, and vendors the best possible experience. Chris has 16+ years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations accounting, financial systems, internal controls, and auditing. Lewis' background with accounting software integration management will provide the expertise needed to further enhance integration of accounting functions within the Endeavor Service Portal (ESP).
Throughout his career, Chris has gained a wide variety of experience in accounting and financial management, including serving as Director of Finance for McCamish Systems, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, software, and services to life insurance and financial services industries. Early in his career, Chris also worked with KPMG, a "Big 4" global public accounting firm, as an external auditor. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Business and a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
