One Flow Yoga brings a Premier Vinyasa Flow Yoga Studio to Sacramento. One Flow Yoga offers a challenging, fun style of vinyasa flow yoga, practiced in a heated room. Combining breath and movement with energy, music and community, it is an innovative experience rooted in both ancient teachings and modern life.

One Flow Yoga Studio, the newest addition to Sacramento yoga, offering Vinyasa flow yoga, yoga teacher training and unique lifestyle programs, officially opened Wednesday, October 20, 2010.

One Flow Yoga – Sacramento is located at 5600 H Street, #130, on the southeast corner of 56 and H Streets. Conveniently located to East Sacramento, Midtown, Sierra Oaks and River Park, One Flow Yoga – Sacramento offers a full schedule of yoga classes for students of all levels and experiences, seven days a week.

“We are so grateful to get to serve our Sacramento Yoga community,” said Kate Saal, owner of One Flow Yoga – Sacramento.    “This yoga truly changes the way people live their lives and connect with others in a positive, kind manner.”

One Flow Yoga – Sacramento features one main studio that will host Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as a diverse range of lifestyle programs and workshops for growth, health and wellness.

All first time new students can take advantage of the special “7 days for 7 dollars” offer.

One Flow Yoga also offers various class passes, like the unlimited monthly for $109, as well as packages that cater to full-time students.

One Flow Yoga – Sacramento offers classes Monday – Friday, starting from 5:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 8 a.m. & 9:45 a.m. A real time, online schedule is available at One Flow Yoga’s website http://oneflowyogastudio.com

One Flow Yoga recommends all new students begin with the Vinyasa Flow Level 1 classes that are “beginner friendly” and are designed to introduce students to One Flow Yoga’s style of yoga. Emphasizing the connection of breath with movement, this class goes a little slower and breaks things down in way that is accessible. Students are always encouraged to go at their own pace, taking rest in child’s pose whenever they need.

All classes are held in a warm room. “It’s comfortable yoga instead of hot yoga,” said Kate Saal. “This allows the true purpose of the practice to come through…to feel connected, ‘one’, with your body, mind and spirit so that you can connect with everyone.”
