IASA has launched its new website with a brand new repository for IT and Enterprise architects. The repository includes video, presentations, articles from practicing architects all over the world.

"I never knew that Iasa had this much content available for me to use in my job. Well done!" Iasa Member

In conjunction with CNN Money Magazine declaring “Software Architect” as the number 1 job in America, Iasa, the world’s largest IT Architecture professional association, announced the publication of its new website dedicated to the empowerment of the global architect community.

Paul Preiss, CEO of Iasa stated “We are thrilled to be able to offer a new content library and much better user experience for all of our members. The entire Iasa staff and volunteer team have worked tirelessly to ensure the best online home for the Enterprise and IT architect community. Iasa is proud to be able to provide a site worthy of this prestigious profession.”

The website, which seamlessly incorporates Iasa’s IT architecture education platform, member management, and content library, went live on November 1st. Along with the new streamlined user interface the site also has a new home, as Iasa has moved from http://www.iasahome.org to http://www.iasaglobal.org.

The new platform includes videos, articles, presentations from all over the world. It is integrated with the e-learning and online communities that Iasa has spent years developing. One member commented during the online beta review, "I never knew that Iasa had this much content available for me to use in my job. Well done!"

Iasa is the first to acknowledge that the previous website had aged over the past seven years since the organizations inception. With the release of the Architect Foundations training course and Iasa Foundations Certification (IFC), along with the Certified IT Architect-Professional Certification (CITA-P) Iasa has seen considerable growth in readership and membership, as well as global chapters and knowledge communities. The new website will provide the infrastructure required to handle the growth.

Iasaglobal.org also provides a home for Iasa Perspectives, the quarterly Architecture Journal, and the IT Architecture body of knowledge, (ITABoK), which represents the largest public content library for architect information in the world. Iasa provides free and membership based access to whitepapers, documents, articles and videos in the library, as well as authorship opportunities for architects to share knowledge and experience.
