Jennifer S. Burke, partner at Cassiday Schade LLP, focuses her practice in the representation and counsel of employers in workers’ compensation and Medicare Set-Aside matters. Burke has experience arguing appeals before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission review panels, in the Circuit Court and before the Illinois Appellate Court. In addition, she also maintains an active practice in the defense of professional negligence, medical malpractice, asbestos litigation and other litigation matters. Burke is a frequent author and speaker as well as member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Lawyer’s Association, the Illinois Association of Defense and Trial Counsel, and the National Alliance of Medicare Set Aside Professionals.

Daniel Dopp, Group Leader of Customer Acquisition, supports business development efforts at Infogix.
