As part of Future-Grid --The Smart Grid Conference for the Design and Construction Industry, leading Japanese companies will address their country’s smart grid solutions. Future-Grid conference is part of the overall event, Ecobuild America, December 6-10, 2010 at the Washington DC Convention Center.
Under the orchestration of Nikkei Business Publications, a panel of experts from leading firms has been assembled from cutting-edge Japanese design, construction and facilities companies who will share their knowledge and ideas on the latest super grid solutions and zero energy building initiatives in Japan.
Fostered by the combined efforts of the Japanese Government-related group "NEDO" (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) and environmental building teams working in the US and Japan, will discuss the solutions they are developing and deploying using these technologies to develop smart cities and communities. Speakers include: Kazuyuki Takada, Representative, NEDO Representative Office in Washington DC, Atsushi Denda Deputy Director, Institute of Technology, Shimizu Corporation.
In addition to the conference session these companies will be participating on the exhibit floor in the Japan Pavilion where they’ll be displaying the advanced technologies and solutions for the age of "Smart Cities and Communities".
