The Shops at Park Lane, Dallas’ premier mixed-use retail development, announced today that HomeGoods plans to open a store in February 2011.

HomeGoods is a home fashions store that provides a vast selection of high quality and unique home fashions, including brand and designer name merchandise at prices that are 20 to 60 percent less than finer catalog, specialty and department store prices. The 33,300 square-foot HomeGoods at The Shops at Park Lane will be located below Whole Foods and directly across from Nordstrom Rack on the street level.

HomeGoods offers an ever-changing assortment of unique home fashions and the finest home basics in every style for every room in the home at unbeatable values. With new items arriving weekly, stores can carry approximately 40,000 units at any given time.

HomeGoods merchandise represents a vast collection of eclectic home décor merchandise for every room in today’s styles, including Home Décor, Decorative Accents, Tableware, Gourmet Kitchen, Bedding, Bath, Children, Home Office and Seasonal Décor and Gifts.

In 2009, The Shops at Park Lane opened its first stores with Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Children’s Place and Lane Bryant/Cacique. More stores continued to open since then including Dallas’ flagship Whole Foods Market, Gordon Biersch and SAKS OFF 5TH, and additional shops and restaurants will continue to open over the next year.
