Exari announced today that Michele Bokun has joined the company as Vice President of Delivery and Client Services. Bokun joins Exari with more than 20 years of experience in systems integration.
In her new position, Bokun will be responsible for overseeing client implementations, managing client relationships and analyzing business goals in order to maximize the success of every project and ensure the maximum benefits and ROI for Exari clients.
Bokun is an experienced IT executive with a strong background in systems integration, account management and consulting. Prior to Exari, Bokun was VP Account Services and VP Account Operations at Equifax, where she delivered services to clients and improved the division's ability to scale for growth. Earlier, she held roles at Agency.com, Andersen Consulting, SCOR Reinsurance, and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.
