‘Understanding markets and how to play in them’, is what the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association hopes to provide to its members through the launch of monthly video Foreclosure Trends Market Reports. The SWFL REIA is on the cutting edge of data gathering and analysis of the local real estate market. Well known for networking opportunities with the movers, shakers and insiders in Southwest Florida, the group meets twice a month. The next general meeting featuring attorney Jason W. Holtz speaking on robo signers and the foreclosure mess with be held November 17, 2010 at 6:00pm in Fort Myers.

The Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association, http://www.swflreia.com, has released October 2010 Lee County Florida Foreclosure Trends video report studying real estate trends and data. The group is on the cutting edge of real estate data gathering and analysis.

The next Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment general meeting will be held Wednesday November 17, 2010 at 6:00pm in Fort Myers. From 6:00pm to 6:30pm there will be food and networking. At 6:30pm real estate attorney Jason W. Holtz will speak on robo signers and the foreclosure mess. Attendance for REIA members is free and non-members will pay $20.
