we are now targeting greedy US banks, for reselling toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures in Florida, and other US States, without an oh by the way-anytime after February of 2009.
Washington, DC (Vocus) November 8, 2010
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "we are now targeting greedy US banks, for reselling toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures in Florida, and other US States, without an oh by the way-anytime after February of 2009." The group says, "for the morons on Wall Street who think they can pretend the toxic Chinese drywall disaster is just going to go away-you are wrong. For us-the homebuilder liability, and or bank liability in this disaster is almost impossible to comprehend." They say," our new big push involves trying to get answers for anyone who ever lived in, who owned, or rented one of these toxic Chinese drywall homes, condos, or townhomes. Why has President Obama not mentioned this topic in public one time since taking office? Where is the US EPA? Why are there no serious rules, or US laws about gutting, and then fixing a toxic Chinese drywall home?" Victims of a bank, or loan servicer reselling a toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Southeast Texas without disclosure should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or they can contact the group via their web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "no one in the Obama Administration thought it was a big deal when US government officials were turned away from examining a potentially toxic gypsum mine in China in July of 2009-by a goon squad? It never made the US, or international news? The US Consumer Products Safety Commission has yet to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall?" They say, "even worse US banks continue to resell toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas without disclosure. Rather than try to fix the homes, or sue the Chinese drywall makers/builders-the banks just put the houses back on the market AS IS? We will never get out of the US real estate disaster with stupidity like this." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "worst of all who in Washington DC is standing up for these innocent victims? The answer is pretty simple-no one. Does anyone at Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac have a brain? If you sold one toxic Chinese drywall foreclosure to anyone in Florida, or any other state-without real good disclosure-you are now on the hook for the damages, so are US banks, and US homebuilders." Anyone who purchased a toxic Chinese drywall foreclosure in Florida, or any other US State without very specific disclosures after February 2009 should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
For clarification purposes the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "contrary to homebuilder claims about only using toxic Chinese drywall after Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005-toxic Chinese drywall has been used in Florida since as early as 2001." They say,"the US Justice Department needs to get involved in this mess now----start with air conditioning service companies in Florida, or warranty calls on 2001 AC units, that had coils that had turned black, and had failed. And no one thought this was not a big deal-we just found toxic Chinese drywall in California?" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
