For the third year, Deep Rock Water is leading efforts to get public support for donations and toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation.

Deep Rock Water Company has joined the Marines. Again!

Colorado's leading provider of complete water, coffee and filtration services for home and office officially kicked off its third annual drive today to encourage the public and business organizations throughout the Front Range to support the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program this holiday season.

The goal this year is $35,000 cash in donations in addition to toys.

Fast becoming a tradition in Colorado, the company has created a third annual Toys for Tots collector's item special edition half liter bottled water product, and $2.40 for each case sold will go to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation.
Last year, with the help of their customers, community members, vendors, and service providers, Deep Rock Water Company became the single largest corporate contributor in Colorado to the foundation by raising $28,500 through the sale of bottled water, and also collected more than 10,000 toys for needy children.

"We can't do it without your help. I would like to challenge all of our suppliers, service providers and fellow community members to partner with us to deliver a much larger cash contribution and more toys to the Toys for Tots program this year. With still so many local Marine reservists overseas in harm's way this holiday season, there's a need for more people to join their ranks in support of the time-honored tradition of the Marine Corps' Toys for Tots Program," said Tom Schwein, President and CEO of Deep Rock Water.

The Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation, started in 1947, has been successful in bringing thousands of smiles to needy children each year. Their sole mission is to ensure all less fortunate children have the chance to experience the same joys of the holiday season that millions of Americans take for granted each year.

"We sincerely appreciate Deep Rock's involvement in this program to provide support both financially and through their efforts to serve as collection sites. We need all the help we can get from the community as the inflow of toys is once again not as strong this year," said Gunnery Sergeant Victor Escobar of Marine Air Control Squadron 23 in Aurora, CO.

Deep Rock Water's bottling facilities will serve as drop-off locations for new, unwrapped toys. Locations include:

  •     2633 California St. Denver, CO
  •     14 South Spruce Street, Colorado Springs, CO
  •     351 Rosevale Road, Grand Junction, CO
