Ephesoft Moves to New Irvine Incubator Center

First startup company accepted by the IIC plans to grow and expand business.

Ephesoft, Inc., a company that offers open source mailroom automation and intelligent document capture solutions, today announced it has become the first startup to move into the newly created Irvine Incubation Center (IIC).

“We are looking forward to taking advantage of all the opportunities offered as part of the IIC to grow our business,” says Ike Kavas, chief technology officer of Ephesoft. “We were selected over several other applicants for our technology, financial status, management team and market potential.”

“The IIC offers high-tech startup companies a place to grow, which in turn helps economic growth through job creation and innovation,” says Jeff Greenberg, president of the IIC. “The IIC will also house investors and startup consultants. Ephesoft is a great fit for the IIC and we are pleased to welcome them.”

The Irvine Incubation Center was developed to assist entrepreneurs in growing new business ideas into the next high-growth companies in Irvine. The Irvine Incubation Center (IIC) is located directly across from UCI and will accommodate 15-20 start-up companies at any one time.The IIC offers Ephesoft and other technology startups an opportunity to reach the next level of business growth.
