To address the pressing need to train salespeople on the latest products with minimal time off the sales floor, Benjamin Moore has partnered with DScape Interactive to create a series of training modules called Tips in Ten.

These 10-minute, custom-designed "quick hit" training modules serve up highly engaging, video, animations and testimonials to efficiently give sales people the basics on the company's bestselling products.    

The primary audience is retail associates in company-owned and independent stores, as well as contractors who influence customer decisions. The modules quickly teach new and existing product features and benefits, as well as selling strategies for interacting with homeowners — all in 10 minutes per product. The short format covers an introduction to the new product, its primary features and benefits, how to enthusiastically interact with customers and a testimonial or two from satisfied customers.

Development time is typically from 2-4 weeks per module, enabling Benjamin Moore to be responsive to their sales people's most current needs. DScape handles all aspects of the production, from writing to delivery.
