Red River Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Red River announced today they have achieved their ISO 9001:2008 certification, the latest ISO 9000 international quality standard designation. The certificate was issued by Intertek, the same accredited registrar who issued Red River’s original ISO 9001:2000 certification back in November, 2006.

Red River announced today they have achieved their ISO 9001:2008 certification, the latest ISO 9000 international quality standard designation. The certificate was issued by Intertek, the same accredited registrar who issued Red River’s original ISO 9001:2000 certification back in November, 2006.

The quality management standard was established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and is based on the process methodology known as “Plan-Do-Check-Act”. Recognized in more than 160 countries, the ISO 9001:2008 standard places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, continual improvement, and organizational performance measurement.
