The upcoming 2010 season in St. Bart’s marks Le Sereno as the first hotel to garner a coveted five-star rating from the French government*, which is received on the heels of the hotel unveiling an investment plan of $10 million which includes three completed Villas, enhancements to the restaurant, rooms and lounge, a new designer partnership and highly anticipated plans for a new beachfront spa. Le Sereno is taking the hotel’s spa experience to the next level with construction beginning on a new luxury spa in partnership with La Ligne St. Barth. The Spa at Le Sereno will have the same laid-back, chic feel as the hotel, anchored by a seamless blending of indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes two individual spa suites, an intimate couple’s suite and an over-sized waterfront treatment pavilion. Treatments include facials, body wraps and massages all featuring products from Ligne St. Barth, utilizing only the freshest local ingredients found on the island. Each spa suite includes its own shower and will be completely secluded either amongst the bougainvillea and tropical foliage of the property or on the oceanfront. The highlight of the new spa experience will be an outdoor, waterfront spa pavilion.
