Wiley Announces 2010 “Show Us Your Spreadsheets” Photo Contest

From November 8th until December 3rd contestants have the opportunity to win cash and other cool prizes by entering Wiley’s “Show Us Your Spreadsheets” challenge.

Contestants simply have to submit a photo of themselves with their favorite John Walkenbach (Mr. Spreadsheet) or Michael Alexander (DataPig) book OR a photo of themselves creating stellar spreadsheets, dynamic dashboards, or something equally excellent in Excel. The photos are to be emailed to dummiesmktg(at)wiley(dot)com along with the contestant’s name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Interested participants should go to the Wiley “Show Us Your Spreadsheets” landing page, read over the official rules, and email their picture by December 3rd for a chance to win a cash prize and a collection of spreadsheet books.

Entries will be posted on the Wiley “Show Us Your Spreadsheets” Flickr feed. At the conclusion of the contest, John Walkenbach and Michael Alexander will choose their five favorite entries.

First Place - $250 VISA gift card and a collection of Mr. Spreadsheet’s Bookshelf guides
Second Place - $100 VISA gift card and a collection of Mr. Spreadsheet’s Bookshelf guides
Three Runners Up - $50 VISA gift card and a collection of Mr. Spreadsheet’s Bookshelf guides
