Montreal, QC Canada (PRWEB) November 11, 2010
Visual 2000 International Inc. has formed a strategic alliance with fellow Montreal-based software developer Lifeceyecle, Inc. to bring collaborative time and action calendar management solutions to the global fashion and softgoods industries. Under the agreement, Visual 2000 will market Lifeceyecle’s web-based Timereaction™ (http://www.timereaction.com) workflow management software both as a stand-alone service and as an integrated, add-on module to its ERP solution. Timereaction extends the benefits of traditional project management software by integrating time and action calendaring, collaborative supply chain communications, product management, and order processing.
“We believe that much of our industry can benefit from the power and simplicity of Timereaction”, said Charles Benoualid, Visual 2000 vice president of research and development. “Because they are rigid and difficult to maintain, traditional project management and workflow systems are not practical for most fashion companies. Lifeceyecle has found the perfect balance of capabilities and flexibility. We look forward to bringing this solution to the industry.”
Timereaction replaces spreadsheet and email dependency with a flexible toolbox that includes a message center, product management, centralized file storage, time and action tracking, order processing, and inventory management. Team members, clients, and suppliers can access the web-based information anytime, anywhere to collaborate with their business partners on products and processes. The Lifeceyecle software-as-a-service (SaaS) requires no software downloads or dedicated in-house computing infrastructure.
“Collaboratively knowing where your goods are at all times is a critical part of doing business in the fast-paced and global fashion industry”, added Lifeceyecle Co-Founder Allan Diamond. “Our mission is to help companies gain this visibility and control while maintaining simplicity and flexibility in all that we do.”
“We developed Timereaction to enable any size company streamline processes and speed deliveries,” added President Kevin Diamond. “We are pleased to partner with Visual 2000 to address the needs of this dynamic industry.”
In addition to gaining the benefits of an established global sales and distribution network, Lifeceyecle will leverage Visual 2000 research and development resources to integrate and enhance the value and capabilities of the Timereaction software.
