MacArthur Foundation.

In announcing his selection to the Affordable Housing Hall of Fame, the magazine hailed Greer's strong relationships with residents, development partners, and investors over the past three decades, which have made The Michaels Development Company one of "the largest and most influential developers of affordable housing in the country, a leader in public housing redevelopment, and a powerful new force in bringing new investors into affordable housing."

Upon receiving the honor, Greer, who has been with The Michaels Organization for more than 35 years, paid tribute to his development team, saying he shared the honor with all of them.
