Riverstone Residential Group, one of the largest privately-owned, third-party multifamily apartment management companies in the United States, announces that Lydia Bishop has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Florida Region. Highly regarded both within Riverstone and the property management industry, Bishop brings strong operating skills and market knowledge to her new position. The Florida Region is part of the company’s East Division spearheaded by Maura Bilafer, Division President.

Bishop touts 20+ years of property management experience that includes conventional, affordable, mid-rise, high rise, and garden style communities, both vintage and new. Previously Vice President of the Florida Region since 2004, Bishop joined Riverstone through Trammell Crow Residential Services in 1986 and worked on-site for eight years. In 1993, she worked as a Project Manager and was responsible for oversight of the company’s internal audit functions. Between 2000 and 2003, she worked for ZOM and JMG Realty as a Regional Manager and rejoined Riverstone in May of 2003 as a Regional Manager.
