Kennett, a strengthening contender in the Cufflinks & Men’s Watches industry is focusing its efforts on international expansion through the appointment of various distribution partners in Europe & North America.
The Glasgow, Scotland-based company has appointed four new distribution partners in October, securing online and retail distribution partners in four European countries.
Tom Kennett comments "We initially launched in the UK however we have been in talks with a number of partners for several months to discuss the possibilities of selling the Kennett brand abroad; both online and to retail clients. Whilst distribution companies tend to be cautious with new brands, our current range has been very well received and complimented internationally - it is our new product range and enhanced company structure which are making our partners very confident in our ability to expand with them."
In order to facilitate this expansion, the operations of the company have been enhanced to make sure that high volume orders can be fulfilled, Tom Kennett comments, "We have invested heavily in the development of our new online shop - it is a very clean, easy-to-use website which will through time expand to offer multi-language, multi-currency shopping experience. Backing this up, we have our stock held in California, USA and in England, UK in high volume shipping facilities - making sure that we are always able to ship in a timely, economical fashion - we are without a doubt one of the most automated and scalable Cufflinks brands in the world."
Focused on expanding the product range in 2011, Kennett will add further collections of men’s cufflinks in materials like enamel, mother of pearl, sterling silver, crystal, and glass and add further colourful additions to their men’s watch range. In addition, the Kennett brand will expand into further categories in the New Year, with English made Pens and Italian made Ties set to launch January 2011.
Kennett is hoping to launch an Asian division in the New Year; focused on key markets like Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong and to secure further distribution partners in Europe & North America.
