"The only thing that has really changed in that sixty-one years is the size of our family."
Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 15, 2010
Baylor University's Institute for Family Business honored the 2010 Texas Family Business of the Year award winners and finalists at an awards banquet held earlier this month at Baylor University.
Insurance Network of Texas was among the finalists for this award along side a select group of top Texas family businesses including Barney Holland Oil Company, Fort Worth; Sabine Pipe, Kilgore; Studio Gallery, Waco; Texas Air Composites, Desoto; and The Lawton Group of McKinney.
The Texas Family Business of the Year awards program recognizes outstanding firms whose families demonstrate a commitment to each other and to business continuity, and who are responsive to the needs of their employees, communities and industries.
“At Insurance Network of Texas, family and community mean something. Trust. Support. Loyalty. Those are the values we grew up with, and the values that drive our company. That’s just who we are. It’s been sixty-one years since we first opened the doors, and we are now one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the state. The only thing that has really changed in that sixty-one years is the size of our family. I’m extremely proud of our family here at Insurance Network of Texas and the recognition of our family by the Baylor Institute for Family Business.” – Robert Nitsche, COO/CFO Insurance Network of Texas
