United Egg Producers (UEP) has named Food Safety Net Services as its preferred laboratory services vendor of egg and environmental testing for Salmonella Enteritidis.

To assist producers with implementation of the new FDA Egg Safety Rule testing requirements, United Egg Producers (UEP) has named Food Safety Net Services as its preferred laboratory services vendor of egg and environmental testing for Salmonella Enteritidis.

Food Safety Net Services has the proven capabilities to test large volumes of samples for Salmonella Enteritidis in shell eggs as well as the laying hen environment using a variety of methods to comply with the Egg Safety Rule requirements.
