A proven leader in the SaaS industry, Plunkett has more than 15 years of experience leading high growth subscription software companies.

During his tenure, Salary.com grew from start-up to over $40 million in sales and completed a successful $59 million initial public offering. Salary.com was acquired by Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA) in 2010. Plunkett holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and degree in Economics and Government from Georgetown University. He is a three time Inc. 500 CEO, a six-time Deloitte Fast 50 awardee and was named a 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of Year.
