PeopleAdmin, the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions for higher education, public sector, and non-profit organizations, today announced the appointment of Tod Klubnik as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Klubnik will oversee PeopleAdmin’s sales, account management and strategic partnership functions.

Klubnik’s history of success includes 18 years of sales and business development leadership, including channels, inside and outside sales. He previously led Dell’s Software-as-a-Service sales and channels organizations. Klubnik was EVP Worldwide Field Operations at MessageOne, prior to the company’s acquisition by Dell. In this role, he helped drive a five-fold increase in annual revenues. Prior to MessageOne, Mr. Klubnik held Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development roles with PlanView, Zilliant and PTC, where he expanded the sales organizations and forged numerous strategic partnerships, resulting in substantial revenue growth.
