Crofton, MD (PRWEB) November 15, 2010
Force 3, delivering the best in federal security, unified communications and data center solutions, today announced that Maryland student Jeremy Schneider is the winner of the company’s slogan contest for the Nov. 20th Maryland-Florida State football game.
Schneider, a Junior Journalism major, came up with “Roll the ‘Noles” and on Saturday night, the first 4,000 students arriving at Byrd Stadium for the game will receive a T-shirt from game sponsor Force 3 featuring his winning slogan. At halftime, Schneider will be honored on the field and presented with a check for $500 from Force 3.
In previous years, Force 3 designed their own slogan for the company’s T-shirt giveaway and the shirts garnered much popularity. This year, Force 3 posted a contest on Facebook calling all University of Maryland students to design a creative slogan for the giveaway. Schneider was among a handful of students who suggested “Roll the ‘Noles,” but he was the first.
Force 3 is a proud sponsor of University of Maryland football and the company also employs dozens of College Park graduates.
“Roll the ‘Noles is a great winning entry for our contest and I hope Jeremy’s prediction comes true on Saturday night,” said Rocky Cintron, CEO of Force 3 and a University of Maryland graduate. “We are proud to support the football program and encourage creativity and camaraderie among the student community.”
