NJMET, Clifton NJ, Announces Thanksgiving Food Drive, led by Joseph Federico

Joseph Federico, Vice President and Director of Operations of NJMET, located in Clifton, New Jersey, announces NJMET’s 12th annual Thanksgiving food drive to benefit Eva’s Kitchen of Paterson, New Jersey.

Joseph Federico, Vice President and Director of Operations of NJMET, located in Clifton, New Jersey, announces NJMET’s12th annual Thanksgiving food drive to benefit Eva’s Kitchen of Paterson, New Jersey.

Joe Federico, a resident of Wayne, NJ will reach out to NJMET corporate employees in their Clifton headquarters, as well as their valued customers in the New Jersey metropolitan area to collect food over a two week period to help feed the homeless and hungry of the Passaic County area of New Jersey.

All canned food products should be delivered during business hours to NJMET,1240 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey on or before Wednesday November 24, 2010. NJMET VP Joseph Federico will personally deliver all food goods to Eva’s Kitchen on Thanksgiving morning in Paterson, New Jersey.

Located at 393 Main Street in Paterson, Eva’s Kitchen is a large, clean and sunlight-filled space where diners are welcomed 365 days a year - all who come are fed. Started in 1982 by Rev. Msgr. Vincent E. Puma, Eva’s Kitchen is the oldest component of what has grown to become Eva’s Village. Eva’s Kitchen began with a meal of franks and beans to 30 homeless people, and now serves over 1,000 meals EVERY DAY to the homeless, hungry and working poor who gather at Eva’s Kitchen, and those in residence in various programs at Eva’s Village in New Jersey. NJMET is an AS:9100 Rev. B / ISO 9001:2008 certified laboratory. They have also been awarded the Laboratory Suitability award by the Defense Supply Center – Columbus (DSCC).
