Innovation Strategy Continues to Drive Fiscal Performance

SkillSurvey®, Inc., the inventor and leading provider of Web 2.0 reference assessment solutions, has announced that its third-quarter 2010 business increased by 124 percent over the same period in 2009.

“Our performance is a testament to the value that we are providing to users who renewed their reference-checking services with us, and to clients who are integrating our products into their enterprise hiring processes for the first time,” said Ray Bixler, chief executive officer. “We continue to add features that increase efficiencies for all of our subscribers.”

SkillSurvey® has recently introduced these new developments that are driving innovation at the firm, including:

  • Mobile access to its Pre-Hire 360® program, now running on Blackberry®, iPhone®, Android™, Palm® and Windows Mobile™ devices. Since its launch in October, over 1,000 recruiters, candidates and references have completed responses through the new mobile feature.
  • SkillSurvey® Employment Verification, an automated online approach to checking the work histories of job candidates. The simple process boosts employers’ chances of hiring the right employee for the job.
  • Addition of 16 new templates for some of the most sought-after positions in information technology. In using SkillSurvey® in their hiring process, recruiters choose assessment surveys from a library of templates that references then complete about job candidates.
