Bluegreen Corporation and the Bluegreen Creative Group are honored to receive these awards

Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG), a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play, today announced that its magazine Colorful Places and corresponding website Colorful Places.com have both taken the Silver Designation in the 2010 In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) Awards, in the categories of Publication Design and Electronic/Interactive Media respectively.
The IHAF Awards recognize creative excellence among in-house creative services agencies. Industry veterans judged entries to the 2010 IHAF Awards strictly on the basis of creativity and decided placement through use of a point system. Each category within the competition named three winners: Gold, Silver and Honorable Mention. These Silver Awards are the first wins of this magnitude for the Boca Raton based vacation-club company.

Colorful Places Magazine (CP) Issue 1 of 2009 received IHAF recognition in the Publication Design category. Established in 2007 as Lifestyles Magazine, then completely redesigned in 2007, Colorful Places is a full-color promotional magazine exclusively for Bluegreen owners. Each year’s three issues focus on all of the resorts, vacation experiences and destinations offered by Bluegreen.
Colorfulplaces.com also took Silver in the Electronic/Interactive Media category, beating insurance giant Prudential Advertising, among others. This website was launched in March of 2010 for Bluegreen owners and non-owners alike. Similar to its print counterpart, colorfulplaces.com offers a multitude of travel resources including comprehensive travel and destination guides, fresh content and vacation articles that are updated daily, reviews and testimonials, photos and videos, plus detailed resort information regarding the entire portfolio of Bluegreen resorts. Users can quickly and easily research their favorite destinations, resorts and attractions while leaving comments, reviews and recommendations for other readers. In addition, content is updated daily in the form of informative articles, vacation stories and more.
Ever focused on improving both the magazine and the website, Bluegreen’s VP of Creative Marketing Izzy Pycher says he’s determined to impress the IHAF judges even more next year.
