The Consumer Research Group, a customer service monitoring firm, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Dobbs to Director of Business Development for the Atlanta region.

Ms. Dobbs, a Georgia native and active advocate of the retail customer, brings a refreshing strength to the mystery shopping arm of CRG. “Well versed in the challenges of meeting and exceeding the expectations of today’s retail customer, Patricia has a genuine empathy for the plight of today’s retail merchant,” says Don Bode, CRG’s CEO and founder.
