This new line is designed and tooled to be fully customizable for any 12V and 24V gearmotor requirement.

E.E. This new line is designed and tooled to be fully customizable for any 12V and 24V gearmotor requirement.

“E.E. URD recognized the need for high-quality, competitively priced gearmotors, so we created gearmotors with precision manufactured plastics, durable DC motors and rugged ABS 940V0 housings” commented E.E. URD’s Chief Operating Officer, Ian Sultan. All PCB and Microswitches are integrated within a protective dust proof cover. The gear motors come standard with rear ratios of 1:420 with customizable ratios available. E.E. URD’s gearmotors feature silent unbreakable Nylon 66 gear assembly for a long maintenance free life.

Customization is available for electrical terminations, adapters, output shaft type and material, through-hole patterns, and cover assemblies. The company’s gear motors come standard with shaft couplings for 6.5mm x 6.5mm square pattern and 9mm star pattern as well as customizable patterns upon request. Other features include: 3A - 250VAC/5A - 125VAC microswitch and reversible motor direction. E.E. URD’s gearmotors are applicable not just for vending machines but agricultural, office equipment, communications, document handling equipment, industrial controls, instrumentation and medical equipment.
