Yovanno will join speakers from Zendesk, Sprinklr, Hoot Suite and at TWTRCON SF 2010 on a panel entitled “In the Real-Time Toolbox: What’s Next?”. The session will take place on Thursday, November 18th from 4:40pm - 5:05pm at Hotel Nikko, 222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA.

In addition to Yovanno, the panel will feature Maksim Ovsyannikov, Vice President, Product Management, Zendesk, Ragy Thomas, CEO, Sprinklr, Ryan Holmes, CEO, Hoot Suite and moderator Laura Fitton, Founder, The group will discuss real-life experiences and reveal insider tips on how to use social technologies to manage a real-time business strategy.

The growing trend of Social becoming the next Search is also featured on the “Search Goes Social,” panel where Othman Laraki of Twitter, Shashi Seth of Yahoo! and Paul Yiu of Bing Social Search will discuss how to ‘get found and find customers’ in today’s landscape of real-time search, moderated by Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Land.
