In Robbins Brothers’ new holiday TV campaign which features real-life marriage proposals, The Engagement Ring Store® changes the format from the background song “Lovely Day” by Donavon Frankenreiter to real audio of the couples. The squeals, cheers and outbursts of the bride-to-be, the hopeful groom and even spectators can be heard loud and clear in the new spot.
The company’s current commercial highlights a marriage proposal which takes place at a baseball game in which the guy presents his fiancé with a princess cut engagement ring. Other featured designers in the TV ad include Scott Kay, Tacori, Ritani, Simon G. and UTwo.
“We thought it would be fun to not only share a visual of the marriage proposal, but also give viewers a glimpse into the raw emotion and reactions shared between the couple and in some cases, the onlookers” commented Diane Ferraro, Director of Advertising for Robbins Brothers.
