Losing Weight Without Exercise and Without Sacrificing Taste

New book offers an effective three-step diet plan for those who struggle with weight problems but are unable to exercise.

When author Andrew Potter began seeing his doctor in February 2009, she expressed concern regarding his weight. This presented a problem since he has arthritis throughout his entire body, which prohibits him from doing any kind of exercise to help control his weight, so he decided to develop his own diet plan, Andrew’s 3 Step Diet Plan.

Many individuals need to lose weight but are unable to partake in a physical fitness regimen. For those individuals with limited mobility, it is difficult, if not impossible, to exercise enough to lose pounds. There are many diets available, but most are only successful when used in conjunction with physical activity. Andrew’s 3 Step Diet Plan is a weight loss plan for both men and women, which is ideal for those individuals who are unable to exercise due to limited mobility, injuries and the like.

As a baker and cook, the author has acquired a great deal of information about food—not just how to prepare it, but the time required for different foods to be processed through the human body. Andrew’s 3 Step Diet Plan is the diet plan he has created in lieu of exercise. In following the three-step program stringently, he has lost over forty pounds without any exercise, by just eating healthy, good-tasting foods. His daughter Tanisha has lost close to fifty pounds. Andrew’s 3 Step Diet Plan is proof that losing weight without exercise is possible, without sacrificing taste.

About the Author
Andrew fell in love with food and cooking at the early age of four. He started by watching his mother prepare breakfast every morning and by the time he was four and a half, his mother allowed him to make coffee and toast for the two of them. He loved cooking so much that every chance he got, he would be in the kitchen trying to cook.

After spending thirteen years in the United States Army as a cook and later as a Dining Facilities Manager, Andrew started to notice the effect different foods had on his digestive system and the way he felt after eating. He became aware of the overall effect food had on his body. After eating some foods, he felt energized while others made him feel sluggish. Some foods caused him to gain weight and to his surprise, eating some foods actually helped him lose weight.
