Safety Agenda Ltd has launched a new training management database aimed at the construction industry. The Safety Agenda Training Manager is web-based, giving users the most simple way yet to keep track of their company’s training requirements.

“Many people struggle to keep track of complicated training requirements by using a creaking combination of Microsoft Access, Excel, and various files stored on hard disks, and it’s a real problem for them,” says Safety Agenda Marketing Director Ian Howlett. “Well, relax, it doesn’t need to be like that any more!”

The Safety Agenda Training Manager website allows training managers to store everything in one place, and to quickly know who is qualified, when qualifications need renewing, and to see certificates immediately.

Anyone with a web browser can access the Safety Agenda Training Manager, meaning that there is no software installation or IT department required. Users just go to a website, login, and can get started immediately. Everyone in the company gets the same view of their organisation’s training requirements without needing to worry about version control: this is a key part of complying with the ISO:9001 standard.

“Crucially, to make sure you comply with data protection laws, your data is automatically backed up by us every night, so there’s no need to worry about losing your vital records”, Howlett concludes.
