Also available through integration with the HR system, UMRA offers the ability to deploy OOMT automatically when an employee leaves the company. This way an Out of Office message is generated stating that the employee is no longer employed at the company and that the e-mail is being forwarded to the relevant manager.
Through this integration, UMRA can automatically set the Out of Office message, after editing and approval by the manager, guaranteeing professional handling of the e-mail correspondence.
