Michael Pilevsky, managing director of Philips International, one of the country's leading developers of retail shopping centers, has announced that Green Olive Bistro has signed a long-term, 4,678-square-foot lease at Philips Plaza, located at 693 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook, N.Y.

The Green Olive Bistro, a Mediterranean café, is perfectly situated on one of the busiest intersections of New York State's Route 27 in Long Island.

Philips Plaza is a 31,000-square-foot shopping center, located in bustling Nassau County, N.Y. It is conveniently located across the street from Lynbrook's Long Island Rail Road Station. In addition to Green Olive Bistro, major tenants include Sterling Optical, Starbucks, Entenmann's, Fed-Ex Kinkos, Sally Beauty and Bank of America.

Lynbrook is comfortably situated in the suburb of Western Long Island, but in close proximity to New York City. Philips Plaza is located on Sunrise Highway, a major Long Island thoroughfare that runs through Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and is minutes from the Southern State and Meadowbrook Parkways.
