To better help partners manage hybrid Exchange users and quickly earn additional services revenue from their customers, BlueTie, Inc. has enhanced its existing managed services portal, the Extranet, with new functionality providing channel partners with the ability to easily provision and manage stand alone and hybrid Hosted Exchange 2010 users from one interface. Prior to this enhancement, administrators utilized two different portals for each mail system.
This most recent enhancement provides a single, intuitive management interface where partners can implement new users, administer existing users and manage additional services like mobile email, encryption and email archival for both Hosted Exchange 2010 and BlueTie 10GB Pro email users. This is the first-ever managed services portal for hosted email that affords administrators the ability to place users from the same business on two separate email platforms within the same interface.

Through a new Hosted Exchange tab in BlueTie’s Extranet, partners can now easily manage users on both Hosted Exchange 2010 and BlueTie’s proprietary email platforms. Integration of the two mail systems to attain the cost effective and scalable Hybrid Exchange 2010 email model, which places some users in a business on Hosted Exchange 2010 and others on BlueTie’s email solution, is also possible from this portal.
